He is a fellow member of
the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a graduate in Commerce and Law., he has wide experience in the matter of Company law, taxation, compliance, and corporate law matters.. 

CA Damodharaa R, B.Com, ACA 

He is a fellow member of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce. His
experience is spread across various fields such as taxation, Income Tax assessments, setting-up of new projects, project appraisals, property tax
matters, etc., he carries more then 20 years of experience. 

Sreedhara S, B.Com 

He is a graduate in
Commerce. He has rich experience in the field of taxation laws, company law, auditing, corporate finance, etc., prior to joining our firm, he had 10 years of experience various MNC’s, holding a various positions on the taxation, finance payables, payroll etc., 

Adv. Satish C, B.Com, LLB 

He is a graduate in Law
and Commerce. He has rich experience in the field of Civil, and corporate and criminal Law and holding wide experience in the matter of arbitration, property law, civil matters and corporate legal matters., he is carrying 10 + years of experience before joining our firm as an associate partner.

CA Satish N, Bcom, FCA, FCS He is a fellow member of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and ICSI, before associate, He had
served in public sector, and has expertise in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and Corporate Governance Audits. He has more then 30 years of experience in the various corporate field.
